After the first period, HB Group had become a reputable corporation in trading and distribution industry with solid expertise as well as financial and human resources. In second period, HB Group merged some joint ventures to accelerate the business in current sectors and to expand to other sectors. Meanwhile, in the same period, HB focused on making new investments, managing current investments, and restructuring some business sectors including logistics, construction, construction materials production, and real estate. |

Worth a total amount of 1.5 billion USD investment, New Hoi An City runs along the charming coast of Hoi An – a combination of natural and historical heritage of Vietnam. Characterized as “a new city complex”, New Hoi An city has the total area of 400 hectares and stretches on six functional subdivisions with the constructional density of 22%. This project is the collaboration of HBG – as the main investor – and reputable enterprises namely BHMA, ONXY, OZO hotel chain and X2.
