2006 - 2014 | DEVELOPMENT AND ACCELERATION
After the first period, HB Group had become a reputable corporation in trading and distribution industry with solid expertise as well as financial and human resources. In second period, HB Group merged some joint ventures to accelerate the business in current sectors and to expand to other sectors. Meanwhile, in the same period, HB focused on making new investments, managing current investments, and restructuring some business sectors including logistics, construction, construction materials production, and real estate. |

Gemadept Corporation, initially was a state-owned company, founded in 1990. In line with the Government’s economic reform policy, in 1993, Gemadept became one of the first three companies to be equitized and listed in Vietnam Stock Exchange since 2002. With its strong, fast and sustainable development, Gemadept now becomes one of the leading companies in its core business sectors including Port Operation and Logistics. With its strategy of selectively diversifying business activities, Gemadept has achieved remarble successes in Rubber Plantation and Real Estate.
